Questions

Covering Newport, Ryde, Cowes, East Cowes and the rest of the island.

What is pressure washing vs soft washing?

Pressure washing uses higher-pressure water to remove tough dirt, grime and stains from hard surfaces such as concrete and brick. Soft washing uses lower pressure with suitable cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces such as render, painted finishes or wood. We assess each area and use the appropriate method.

How long does a driveway clean last?

Results typically last one to two years depending on weather, usage and nearby vegetation. Regular maintenance helps keep paving looking its best. We can also apply sealants to protect surfaces for longer.

Is pressure washing safe for my garden?

Yes. We take care to protect planting where needed, use biodegradable detergents where suitable, and manage run-off to reduce impact on your garden.

Do you provide sealing after cleaning?

Yes. We offer optional sealing for driveways, patios and decking. Sealing helps protect against stains, weather and weed growth and can extend the life of the surface.

Are you available on weekends?

We work Monday to Saturday to suit your schedule. Weekend appointments are often available—mention this when you book online.

How do you price your services?

Pricing depends on the area size, surface condition and type of cleaning required. We provide clear, transparent pricing online with no hidden fees. Many standard driveways fall in a typical guide range of £80–£200; we confirm your exact price after assessing the job.

Can you remove oil stains from driveways?

Yes. We use professional degreasers and pressure techniques for stubborn oil stains. Very old, deep marks can be difficult, but we achieve strong results in most cases.

Do you clean rendered and painted walls?

Yes. Our house washing service uses soft washing for rendered and painted surfaces to avoid damage while removing dirt, algae and organic growth.

What is a house wash?

A house wash is a full exterior clean of your property using soft washing—low pressure and suitable cleaning solutions. It covers fascias, soffits, UPVC, cladding and walls rather than just one surface type.

How often should I have my house washed?

Most homes benefit from a wash every one to two years, depending on exposure, nearby trees and how quickly algae returns. We can advise when we see your property.

What about moss and weed removal?

We remove moss, algae and weeds from block paving, patios and driveways. For longer-lasting results we can apply treatments to slow regrowth and re-sand block paving joints where appropriate.
